DailyCrush ("we", "us", "the app") is operated by BSH Ventures, LLC. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at apps@busysuperhero.com.

• Account information. If you sign in, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide.
• Task content. The tasks, notes, and lists you create in the app.
• Calendar data. If you connect Google Calendar, we access events for the purpose of showing them alongside your tasks.
• Technical data. Standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate and secure the service.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app's features.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
• Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app (for example, hosting, authentication, and database providers) and when required by law.

DailyCrush relies on third-party providers including Lovable (hosting and platform), Supabase (authentication and database), and Google (optional Calendar integration). Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

DailyCrush's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data accessed

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, DailyCrush requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. We access events on your primary calendar (title, start/end time, all-day flag, location, description, and event link), and your Google account email address solely to label the connected account.

Why we need this scope

The calendar.events scope is required so DailyCrush can (a) read your upcoming events to display them alongside your tasks and (b) create, update, or delete events you add inside DailyCrush so they stay in sync with your Google Calendar. We do not request broader scopes such as full calendar management or read-only access to other users' calendars.

How we use the data

Calendar data is used only to provide the in-app calendar/task experience to you, the signed-in user. We do not use Google user data to train AI/ML models, for advertising, or for any purpose unrelated to the features you see in the app.

How we share the data

We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties. Google user data is not transferred to anyone other than the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the app (Supabase for storage, Lovable for hosting), and only as needed to provide the service to you.

Storage and protection

Your Google OAuth tokens and a cached copy of the calendar events needed to render your schedule are stored in our Supabase database, scoped to your user account and protected by row-level security so only you can read them. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and data is encrypted at rest by our database provider.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the app's settings, which removes your stored Google tokens and cached events. You can also revoke DailyCrush's access directly from your Google Account permissions. To delete all of your DailyCrush data, including any remaining Google-derived data, email apps@busysuperhero.com and we will delete it from our systems.

We retain your account and task data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing apps@busysuperhero.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

We use industry-standard safeguards provided by our platform and database providers, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

DailyCrush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
