Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use DailyCrush. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Do not use the app to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive.
• Do not use the app to send spam or distribute malware.

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create in DailyCrush. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the app for you.

DailyCrush integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

If DailyCrush offers paid features, the applicable price, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing apps@busysuperhero.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSH Ventures, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BSH Ventures, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BSH Ventures, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
